In 2005, John completed the music for a 60 minute documentary titled The Grenada 17. The story of the long battle to free 17 people from their imprisonment in Grenada, a tiny Caribbean island. They were imprisoned after the invasion by the US in 1983, and after a trial described by Amnesty International as being 'in violation of numerous international laws.'
The campaigners have faced opposition on all sides, but after more than 20 years remain optimistic of success.
